PENITENT POLITICIAN APOLOGISES TO BRITAIN. Press Association —Copyright, Australian and X.Z. Cable Association. (Received'l.ls p.m.) Petrograd, August 24. M. Bulatzel went to the British Em bassy and formally apologised for the securrilous article, and withdrew all the allegations against Britain. Sir George Buchanan accepted the apology.
