One ease, that o G. T. Cootb, who had been in hi daughter's room, but not in contact with tlie patient, led to much argv ment as to whether the doctor in : sick room could not be equally charge with exposing infected clothes. Co. r sel for the Department asked for an adjournment to bring evidence to support Dr. Duncan's statements to infection carrying, but the Magistrate dismissed the charge.
