Henry, K.C., comprise the Royal Commission to inquire into the cases of Skeffington, Dickson, and Mclntyre. RECONSTRUCTION OF RUINED PROPERTY. London, August 17. In the House of Commons, Mr H. E. Duke, in moving the second reading of the Bill for the reconstruction of tho ruined parts of Dublin, said that the Treasury grants would leave a large deficit which property owners must meet by means of loans.
