The Daily Telegraph declares that Chicago inllnences are largely responsible for the rise in wheat on the' English markets during the past few days. Some Mark Lane 1 actors declare that the movement is the result of a Cierman-Ainerican conspiracy to force the prices. If we could increase the freightage from the Argentine and Australia it would counteract the American gambling.
