ATTITUDE OF THE GERMAN PRESS. Press Association—Copyright, Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. London, August 14. A menacing note is perceptible in the German press towards Holland, owing to her inadequate protests against the British blockade. The papers insist there must be a limit to Dutch forbearance, which will press more severely on the Central Powers than Holland, otherwise the former may take measures to relievo the intolerable situation.
