MR J, T. BELCHER’S HERD.
Mr Newton King held a clearing sale of Mr J. T. Belcher’s (Cardiff) pedigree Jersey cattle, in his .Stratford yards, yesterday. Mr LI. Cottier wielded the hammer, and bidding was good. Mona’s Pet brought the highest price in cows, Mr S. Gadsby, Brook’s Hoad, Stratford, securing her
for 36 guineas; in bulls, Belvedere Star, bought by Mr H. Sal way, of Bell Block, made 25 guineas. The following lots were offered: — Cows.—Princess Charming (17gns.), ID. TI.
