ACCUSED CHARGED WITH THEFT. ! Per Press Association. Auckland, August 8. The Raratongan, Tueta Kai Nuku, who was arrested subsequent to the shooting of Kenneth Livingstone, on Mr Rolleston’s run at Mangapchi, on July 28, appeared on remand in the Police Court, and was charged with bfeaking and entering the dwelling of Charles Frederick Macfarlane, at 'ifiroix, near Tc Kuiti, on July 28th, gud with stealing £4 12s Gd in money and a pocket-book, the property of Macfarlane. Accused who is 23 years of age, was remanded to appear at I’e Kuiti on August 14.
