At an extraordinary session of Congress, Senhor Costa, Minister of Finance, Loans, and Foreign Affairs, narrated the results of his visit to London, from which he had just, returned.
The Premier, in his speech, eulogised the Allies, and spoke in favor of the Portuguese participation in the war.
