RETURN OF THE CORINTHIC. S 3 SICK AND WOUNDED SOLDIERS. Auckland, August 7. The Corinthic arrived nt (i p.m. on Sunday. She experienced modem io weather from Hobart and brought fifty-three sick and wounded soldiers, including thirty-five Nine Islanders. There are no cot cases, and all the men are able to leave the steamer except a few of the Natives, who are suffering from pneumonia and other chest complaints. All the invalids much improved in health during the voyage. The officers who returned are Lieut.Colonel Young, Lieu tenant; A. King, Lieutenant A. McDonald, Staff-Sergt.-Majors Swears, Foster, and Beaumont.
