Vancouver, August 4
The Marquis I now, passing through Canada from London, says that at the close of the war, Japan will certainly return Kaio Chau to China. The majority of the munitions for the present Russian offensive, was made by Japan and shipped through Vladivostok. Japan is thoroughly in sympathy with the anti-German trade conference.
