BUSH TRAGEDY REPORTED
MAN, WIFE, AND OHILD KILLED

The police have received the following telegram from the constable at Otaki: A man named Bates and his wife and child were killed, it is supposed, by a fall in the hush at Manakau Camp. Bates' body has been recovered, but those of his wife and child have not boon recovered.
