The channel'has been dragged, the - authorities fearing mines. Column, who brought the Deutschland in, piloted her out. Ah she left her berth the Deutschland had a great send-off and cheers from the pro-German crews in adjacent boats. (Received 11.10 a.m.) New York, May 3. The Deutschland passed Annapolis, and is expected to reach a favorable submerging point before daylight. They will then determine if they will make a dash. There is great activity among the United States and other watching cruisers.
