*h'e Times, in a leader on the Government's failure to find a solution of the Irish question, says it is difficult to imagine a more pitiful exhibition of Government' -helplessness. The responsibility rests on Mr Asquith, who is unable to control the Cabinet. A Parliamentary correspondent says the Liberals dislike the Government's "display of weakness, while the Nati«ttart'sts are angty at Mr Duke's appointment.
