The fourteen points regarding the Irish settlement whereon Mr Lloyd [George, Mr Redmond and Sir E. Carson have agreed have been published. The paper contains little beyond that announced during -Monday's debate, except the fact that a deduction must be made of the sum paid by the Imperial Government to Ireland proportionate to the population of the excluded a.va. An active party in the House of Commons is endeavouring to revive negotiations.
