Ir. 32]).; also Sections 2,3, I, and 5, Mangaclm Village, la. THE FREEHOLD. The following applications for the fee simple wore approved : —Section 13, Block XT, Opnnake, 1 acre, Hugh Morey; and Section 20, Block XIV, Aria S.D., 278 acres, Wm. Woods. DEFAULTERS. W. and M. It was decide to rescind the forfeiture of 3LL. lease 354, and to offer Sections 1.-3 and 8,9, 11, 12. Id, 15, Block HI town of Hniroa. It was decided to re-offer Section 2,. Block V, Kapara S. I)., 952 acres,; with a loading of £IOO. »Jt was decided to accept the improvements effected on R.L.L.S. Twelve months’ leave was granted to H. C. Batch elder, licensee of Section 4, Block IV, Heao S.D. A. A. Adam, lessee of ILL. Section’ 4, Block VII, Heao, was granted exemption from residence during the pleasure of the Board. The Clifton County Council’s proposals for the expenditure of £456 3s accrued thirds to March 31, 1910 were approved, subject to the usual certificate of the ranger. The Board (in committee) considered twenty-three applicants for rental remission from selectors who are absent with the Expeditionary Forces. Each case was specially inquired into and recommendation's were made according to the special circumstances surrounding the same m accordance provisions of the Act healing on ihe matter. , _ The Board (in committee) dealt with five applications to mortgage at ruling rates of interest, which ncu approved of.
