TUTUTAWA DAIRY COY.

ANNUAL MEETING. The third annual meeting of the Tututawa Co-operative Dairy Company Ltd., was held in the Public Hall, Tututawa, on .Monday. For the number of suppliers, there was a very large attendance, and the chairman, Mr J. Jacobsen presided. The annual report congratulated the shareholders on having had another successful season. Suppliers received Is per lb. for butter-fat, and there remained £1155 17s for further disposal. This would pay 6d per lb, leaving £34 12s to carry forward. Figures for the season were:— Milk received 1,179,9581h5, average test 3.80, butter-fat 44,850.521b5, cheese (factory weight) 119,G941b5, milk to lib cheese 9.851b5, cheese to lib butter-fat 2.671b5. The Chairman, in moving the adoption of the report and balance-sheet, said that by the end of the coming season, it was expected that the land, buildings and plant, would be free of debt. The report was adopted. Mr .Jacobsen was re-elected chairman, iMr F. Bayly director, and Mr Coleman auditor. A donation of £lO was made to the Wounded Soldiers' Fund. Votes of thanks to the directors for services and the satisfactory balancesheet, concluded the meeting.
