THE ADVANCE ON BAGDAD. Press Association —Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. London, July 23. Mr Lovat Fraser, the Daily Mail’s correspondent, says that all the trouble in Mesopotamia lo our arms was the order to advance upon Bagdad. The responsibility for the order is one of the greatest mysteries of modern times, and the campaign is the worst instance of military maladministration for a century. He connnes the responsibility to General Nixon, Lord Hardinge and General Sir Beauchamp Duff and the Cabinet.
