Intense interest is being shown in the Deutchsland, which, it is reported, will make a night, dash to the sea. .... Count Bernstorff - paid a visit of inspection and. placed official lelteis aboard. The New York, World’s Berlin correspondent states that the third German freight submarine has been finished and the fourth is nearing comi pletion. Ship yards are working night and day on the submarines.
