ft.is s ated that a German-Ainen-can Company is being formed, witl. a capital of many millions, to buih commercial submersibles, with a capacity of 5000 tons and costing a quarter of a million pounds each. The New York American says that two American citizens will be carried on the Deutschland’s return voyage.
