Town Clerk, Stratford, until Monday, the 17th day of July, 1916; at 5 p.m., for the lease for the term of Five Years and Ten Calendar Months from the First day of September, 1916, of the large Tea, Room (in width 43ft. 6£in. in part and 12ft. in part with a depth in part of 40ft. 5-iin. and in part 33ft.) with Kitchen attached (12ft. in width with a depth of 30ft. 3 inches), forming part of the upstairs portion of the building erected on Section 320, Town of Stratford. Tenders, which must he on a form to be obtained from the Town Clerk, must not be less than the upset rental fixed by the Council. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
