The twenty-first Annual Report and Balance-sheet of the above Company, to be presented to the Shareholders' General Meeting to bo held in the Midhirst Public Hall, on Monday, 24th July, at 12.30 o'clock, reads as follows : The following figures show the working results: Season 1914-15, milk received 39,144,611, average test 4.0, lbs. fat 1,579,811, butter made 1,864,483, lbs milk to lbs butter 20.99, overrun 18.0. Season 1915-16, milk received 43,675,929, average tost 1.0, lbs fat 1,778.0.58 'cream 8736;, butter made 2,099,655, lbs milk to lbs butter 20.99, overrun 17.17. Tim balanceIsheet shows a surplus of £22,136 lis |6cl, which will suffice to make a further [payment of 3.1 over the whole of the I butter-fat for the season, with the .exception of the June month. The suppliers will then have been paid at .the following rates: June I7d, July 21d, August 10.!d, September 18d, October to -launary inclusive Kid, and February to May inclusive 17d. There are four vacancies on the Board of Directors caused by the death of Mr John Jago, and the retirement by rotation of Messrs W. Skedgwell. W. J. Wellington, and August Uhlenberg, who are eligible For re-election. Nominations for vacancies on the board must be in the hand? of the Secretary not later than 12 o'clock noon on Saturday, loth .July, 1916. You will be required to appoint an Auditor in place of Mr T. Harry Penn, who again offers his services.
