The War Department has divided the force on the Mexican border into three divisions, commanded by Generals Funston, Pershing and Bell. The Army Appropriation Bill has been reported. ' The Senate is recommending the expenditure of £65,000,000 for the current year, more than double the amount of the original Bill.
