DR. LIEBKNECHT, THE SOCIALIST, United Press Association. Amsterdam, July 3. A. pamphlet has been circulated in Germany protesting against' the imprisonment of Dr. Liebknecht. It says: "Let I;he assassins condemn Liebknecht, if they dare. The judgment will awaken the empire in the trenches to such an echo that the authors will lose both their hearing and their sight." PANIC IN BERLIN. TROOPS AND ARTILLERY DESPATCHED TO THE WEST. THE KAISER'TAKES A TRIP. SPECIAL NEWSPAPERS RE-AS-SURE THE PEOPLE. (Received 10.10 a.m.) London, July 3. The Daily Telegraph states that the news from the Western front has erea.ed a panic in Berlin. Troop trains with all the available new artilltry have gone to the West. I The Kaiser also goes.
Special editions of the newspapers have been issued to re-assure the people.
