COSSACKS CUT BUKOVINA RAILWAY.
AUBTRIAN TROOP-TRAIN DERAILED.
(Received noon.> Petrograd. July 2. The Cossacks cut the railway near Ourahumara, in Bukovina, and an Austrian troop-train proceeding to Dornawatni was derailed, 200 of the enemy being killed.
