HERR LIEBKNECHT’S SENTENCE United Press Association. Berlin, June 29. Herr Liebknocht, the Socialist ' leader, has boon sentenced to 21 years’ penal servitude, and-dismissal from the army, for attempted high treason, gross insubordination and resistance of the authorities; The court sentenced him to the lowest penalty admissible, believing Herr Liehkneeht was not guided by dishonest feeling, but by political fanaticism.
