PERSONAL.
At the meeting of the Stratford County Council to-day, the chairman Cr. W. Hathaway) moved a vote of sympathy and condolence with the relatives of the late Mr I'. F. Ralt'e. Cr. Coleman, in motion, said he had known the late Mr Hallo for many years, and had held him in high respect. Cr. Smith said he could endorse what had been said.. He had worked with the late gentleman and he had served in various 1 capacities on local bodies ably and. well.' The motion was carried, ail members standing.
