JAPANESE ADMUBQKtM&U'QCIMIQNS. (Received 10.50 a,.m.) Sydney,.. June 21. The Japanese Admiral says there is no doubting in Japan who won the Jutland fight. Referring to the Russians, he said they fight wonderfully, and they possess plenty of ammunition. Japan is a huge arsenal for Russia,, He did not think Japanese gunners were helping them, but were only there for instructional purposes. . The Admiral expressed-the opinion that Germany was at the bottom of Mexico's declaration of war on America.
