LLOYD GEORGE'S SCHIME. 'London, Jape 20. The Times Parliamentary.' correspondent says that there is acute division in the Cabinet over the Irish proposals. A section, which, it is understood, is headed by Mr Long, is utterly opposed to Mr Lloyd George's scheme, and suggests that Cabinet as a whole is not responsible for it.
IRISH REBELS IN COURT.
London, June 20
Four men and three women, who were participators in the Dublin demonstration, were fined for assaulting the police. Rebel songs were found in the accused's possession.
DEATH-KNELL OF VICE-ROYALTY

It is rumored that the Vice-Royalty in Ireland has been abolished as a useless expense, and that the Royal visits will he more frequent hereafter.
