WOOL AND THE WAR. United Pu.eas Association, (Received 10.5 a.m.) London, June 16. The War Office explains that there has been no restriction placed on the purchase or sale of raw sheep skins or skin wool pulped prior to the Army Council order on the Bth June. 'I ho Council is considering arrangements for the purchase of the whole 1916 clip, hence the provincial sales will not be hold.
