ANTI-GERMAN DISTURBANCES ON MEXICAN-30fiDER CITIES.

Mr Hughes, outlining the presidential pMform, asserted it is his intention of upholding a policy of thoroughgoing Americanism, and is opposed to all hyphenated activity. President Wilson, speaking to the West Point Academy graduates, declared that the United States must be prepared so that mankind would know that when America spoke she meant what she said. The President warned them to be ready for any eventualities, as there was no knowing what a day might bring forth. Violent anti-German disturbances have broken out in the Mexican border cities, .and additional American troops have been summoned.
