At the Supreme Court of Victoria, a witness testified that he was made much worse hy a substitute which was sold as “just as good’’ as Sander’s Extract, and his trouble (ulcer), was healed rapidly by the genuine Sander Extract afterwards. In disease it is the drop which cures that counts, and the common eucalyptus which is fit for mechanical purposes, such as making varnish only, should never be employed as a remedial agent.
