The Foreign umce announced that, arising out oj. tne surrender of the ■tricea territory to tne Bulgarian troops, ttie iirmsh are taking precautions respecting the export of coal and respecting Greek shipping in British ports m order to prevent supplies leacmng the enemy. The question of restrictive measures affecting Greek ports is under consideration of the Allies.
