POSTAL RATES. Letters and Letter Cards. —lnland (including Cook Islands), Id for earn 4oz. or fraction thereof, and id for each Succeeding 2oz, Nnited Kingdom, British possessions, United States, Chili, Costa llica, Egypt Italy, Mexico, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Peru, Pago Pago. Paraguay, Portugal, and Portuguese Colonies, Siam. Sorvia, and Postal Agencies m Chinese Treaty Ports, Id for each uz. fraction thereof; all other places for the first oz. or fraction thereof, and lid for each succeeding oz. or fraction thereof. Post Cards. —lnland, single, Jd; reply, Id; all other places, single, Id; .reply 2d. Printed Papers (including Books and Magazines, not registered).—All places, id per 2oz. Magazines (registered), inland, id for every Boz. or fraction thereof. Foreign, |d per 2oz. or fraction thereof One end must be left open.
