IN THE SUDAN. COLONEL KELLYS OPERATIONS. United Press Association. London, Juno 4. According to a War Office report tin Sirdar estimates that the defeated at Berincia totalled 2600, enemy losses being heavier than at first reported, the cavalry suffering severely. There were 8200 rifles confiscated, but arms are still arriving. The captures include four guns aim forty-five thousand rounds of ammunition. Half of the normal population of fifty-five thousand have already returned to town.
