A report made by the Secretinj of Labour to the State Premier regarding industrial unrest and the promotion of efficiency, recommends the more general adoption of piecework in framing the determination of the Wages Boards as a corrective for “slowing down,” and urges profitsharing as an incentive to employees to do good work.
