The Wellington Land Board has granted Ike following applications under the Discharged Soldiers' Settlement Act:—Section 18, Block 16, Hungaroa, 521 acres, C. 1. Holmes, Section 11, Block 6, Hunua, 105 acres, X. A. Kopke; Section 21, Block 6. Hautapu, 310 acres, C. Xettlefold; Section 26, Block 4, Puketoi, 200 acros, X. T. Hansen. The foreg') ; ng is all first-class land.
The following applications for sections in the Pouwhakarua block were granted—Section 9, E. Greenwald ; 10, H. E. A. Hollis; 11, C. A; Warrilow; 13, D. Thompson; 14. R. G. Carter, Jnr. ; 17, R. Carter, Senr. Tlie Board to-morrow considers applications for sections in the HallJones settlement.
