FRENCH BARQUEWTINE SUNK. (Received noon.) New, York, May 17. The Norwegian steamer Falkland, which has arrived at Philadelphia from London, reports rescuing four of the crew of the French barquentine Bernadette, bound to the Grand Banks for fish. A German submarine attacked the Bernadette, and thirty of the creware believed to have been drowned.
