The application of the, Brisbane Arbitration Court to register an Architects, Engineers and Surveyors Industrial Union, has caused consternation in the profession. It is considered derogatory to take the status of a trade union j and stops will bo taken to defeat the move. (Received 9 a.m.) Sydney, May 18. Mr Hall contends that the Government scheme of fixing prices has saved the people over two millions.
