THE WINTER SHOW.

Entries for the Taranaki Winter Show are now coming in freely, and indications point to a further record being made this year. 'Hie acceptances for the field root acreage competition, which closed on Saturday last, arc very good indeed. The judging for these classes will probably commence this week, but the results will not be announced until the first day of the show. The general entries do not close until Saturday, 27th inst., hut it will greatly* facilitate that work of the office if exhibitors will forward entries before this date. Schedules will be forwarded to any address on application to the Secretary, P.O. Box 19, New Plymouth.
