Plaintiff was riding past on a motorcycle, ami a gust of wind blew one of t'iie ladddcs" over the balcony railing, ft fell orplkoff, injuring bis bead and shoulder smashing bis motorcycle. VI Defendants contended that all reasonable precautions bad been taken, and their counsel asked for a non-suit on the ground that the wind was an “act of God.” The Chief Justice reserved this point, and the jury returned a verdict for plaintiff for i'225.
