Tho Telegraaf states that a German destroyer lias returned to Zeebrugge, leaving been severely damaged in the action with tho British on April 5, her funnels and mast being shot away. ENEMY TRANSPORT SUNK. Rome, May 11. A. French submarine, in the lower Adriatic, sank an enemy transport that was laden with raw material. TOLL OF UNRESISTING MERCHANTMEN. BRITISH AND NEUTRAL SUFFER ALIKE. (Received 9.45 a.tri.) London, May 11. Mr MacNamara, in the House ,of Commons, said that thirty-seven British and twenty-two Neutral unarmed and unescaping merchantmen were sunk without warning for the twelve months up to the 7th inst.
