The ■film first tells the story of a schoolboy •and schoolgirl love idyll. The boy, (however, becomes a prosperous banker land allows.himself to be trapped into 'a marriage with an adventuress. He I bitterly repents his folly, and when he has .thoroughly learnt his lesson, the course of true love at length runs j smooth again. In ' 'Picturesque Ligujria," a series of beautifully coloured [landscapes are depicted. "A Cute Little Bear," "A Ten Cent Ad venture,.'? and "Shocking Stockings,"' ! provide in varied form the ever-wel-come comic element; the "Path'e Gaz- | efcte'' presents photo. ne.wg,, of, many [places and peoples; while both instruction and entertainment combined is .afforded by one of the Edison Company's clever, well-thought-out and i well-worked-out animated art films.
