If under Boz. sent by first available route; over Soz. sent by direct steamer only; unless specially addiessed and paid at rate of <d for first 4oz. and id for each succeeding 2oz. Exchanges not continuously open, an eQual charge of £5. Telephone Exchanges at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin. Invercargill, Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North, and Wanganui are open all day and ail night. The other Exchanges chiefly from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
