Costa Rica, Kgypt. Italy, Moxico, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Peru, Pago Pago, Paraguay, Povidgal. find Portuguese Colouies, Siam. Servia. and Postal Agencies in Chinese Treaty Ports, Id for each oz. or fraction thereof; all other ph.ees 2jfl for the first 07,. or fraction thereof, and lid for each succeeding oz. or fraction thereof. Exchanges not continuously open, an eQual charge of £5. Telephone Exchanges at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin. Invercargill, Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North, and Wanganui are open all day and ail night. The other Exchanges chiefly from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
