STRATFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL ford Borough Council, held on Liu10th day of April, 101(5, the following resolution was duly passed, and that the same will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order of the Council, at a further Special Meeting of the Council, to be held in the Council Chambers, Broadway, on the Bth day of May, 1910, at 7.30 p.m. RESOLUTION. That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Sections 141, 142 and 148 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," the Stratford Borough Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order to accept a Surrender from Frederick William Webster; of Stratford, Auctioner, and Frank Edward Dohspn, of Stratford, Stock Agent, of 'Memorandum of Lease Registered No. 9382, of Subdivision 1, part of Section iWO, Town of Stratford, as from Ist .Tune, 1916, and to the Grant in lieu thereof of a new lease for the unexpired portion of the existing term (boilig for a period of 6 years and 1 calendar month from Ist June, 1916) to Allan Findlay Mollison, of New Plymouth, Draper, (Sublessee from the said Frederick William Web'stor and Frank Edward Dobson) of the Ground-floor shop (19 feet 15 inches in width by 72 feel) 8J inches in depth), erected on part of the said premises and shown as .Number 10 on the plan • of the bldldings "f which the said shop forms a part deposited* in the Land Transfer Office at New Plymouth as No. 3434, together with a right-of-way thereto from Broadway through the Arcade and passage shown as Numbers G and 8 respectively on the said plan of the said buildings, at the yearly rental of £lB2, payable by equal monthly payments in advance, and subject, with any necessary additional covenants and conditions, to similar covenants, conditions and restrictions (with certain slight modifications) to those in the existing lease, excepting Clauses 8. 9 and 10 thereof.
