BULGAKS MURDER SERBS. WOMEN BEATEN TO DEATH. [United Press Association.] (Received 8.15 a.m.) London, April 30. The Pope sent a long telegram to Cardinal Walsh stating that persons distributing American food in Serbia report that the Bulgarians are hanging Serbians on the slightest charges. Women were being beaten to death, a whipping post having been erected at Obernovic.
