HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE. BATTLE 01*; WITS. "The Battle of Wits," a drama which lias a thrilling effect throughout its entire len'gtli, is the title of the star picture to be shown at His Majesty's Theatre to-night. The picture, which is 2000 feet long, is the 17th episode of "The Million Dollar Mystery." The episode now presented is one of the most exciting aud gripping stories yet shown in conation with the clever schemers, the Black Hundred. "Hilda of the Slums" is a Vitagraph drama of exceptionally good merit. An exhilarating comedy-drama is "Jimmie on Hie Job." Jimmie goes through many exciting scenes, and rescues a farmer whom two crooks endeavour to "take clown." A topical picture shows glorious views of Salonika, where the Allied armies now have their headquarters. "The .linx on .leaks" is i picture by the Komic Company, and the many funny complications ol Jinks and Max make- the audience shriek with laughter. "The Gnuinont Graphic" contains an interesting series of animated topics and fashions, while a charming travel scenic subject is shown m "Waters of the # North Connii v."
