PERSONAL.
Mr Carrington Garlick, who has been selected as a motor mechanic for 10th Reinforcements and who has been employed at Donald's garage for a considerable time was, last night presented with a wristlet luminous watch. Mr Donald made the presentation on behalf of himself and employees. The recipient suitably responding. Mr Garlick goes into camp on Monday.
Brigadier James H. Glover, of the Salvation Army, is to arrive in ouaoford by the express on Saturday evening. The Brigadier, who is to conduct the services at the Salvation Army Hall on Sunday next, is an officer of many years' standing and has held many important positions in the Salvation Army in Canada, Australia, Java, and New Zealand. He is spoken of as an earnest speaker.
