The large field of twenty-four figure in the Nelson Handicap. tu eudi a crowd an element of luck is required. Cleft and Tortoro may be the favored ones. Should Black Northern be on his best behaviour, he would be troublesome in the Brighton Hurdles. Spalfish may possibly be his most dangerous opponent. Multiply and 1-1 Gallo should command a following for the President’s Handicap. The Champagne Stakes appears to be at the mercy of Hyttus, who is a reniarkaoG brilliant colt. The Easter Handicap of lOOOsovs., bears a very open appearance. Chortle, Colonel Soult and King Lupin are a brilliant trio, and should make the event interesting. The Onslow Stakes may end in a good contest between Hoxton, Sir Ralph and Beltane. Should Multiplication be reserved for the Eden Handicap, he will command a big following. Centre also appears well treated. The Oaks looks to be merely an exercise camel foi Dcseit Gold.
