TENDERS L<X!R LEASES OF PORTIONS OF MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS QEALED Tenders trill be received I y the Stratford Borough Council at the office of the Town Clerk, Stratford, until Friday, the 28th day of April, 1916; at 5 -p.m., for the leases for the term of Six years and one calendar month from the Ist day of .June-, 1916, of the undermentioned portions of the buildings erected on Section 326, Town of Stratford, in the following Lots, viz.: — LOT I.—Ground-floor shop, having frontage of 13 feet 3 inches to Broadway, by depth of 72 feet SS inches. LOT 2. Ground-floor office, IS feet in width by lo feet 81 inches in
depth. ■ LOT 3.—Ground-floor office, 18 feet in width by 14 feet 9 inches in j depth. j LOT 4.—Ground-floor office, having frontage to Broadway ofo feet 10 inches with a depth in part of 41 feet o inches, and in part ol lo feet with a width in part of 18 feet. LOT s.—Ground-floor shop, having frontage* of 12 feet 8J inches to Broadway by. depth of 40 feet 2", inches. LOX 6.—Upstairs Large Tea Boom ' (in width 43 feet (i' inches in j part and 12 feet in part with a depth in part af 40 feet ol inches and in part of 33 feet) with kitchen (12 feet in width with a depth of 30 .feet 3 inches). LOT 7.—Up-staire Office, 1-2 feet 2 inches in width by 16 feet 3J inches in depth. LOT B.—Up-stairs Office, 12' feet 2 inches in width by 16 feet 33 inches in depth. LOT 9.—tip-stairs Office, 18 feet \l inches in width by 12 feet in depth. POT 10.—Up-stairs Office, 12 feet 10$ inches in width by 17 feet | ;) inches in depth. I The above premises, which have leverv convenience, are all built of ferroconcrete throughout, and are practically fire-proof, and command the best position in Stratford. Lot 6 offers a splendid opening for an up-to-date Tea Room and Dining Room and Restaurant, whilst the shops and offices comprised in the other Lots cannot be excelled, Tenders, which must be on a form to be obtained from the Town Clerk, may be for one or more Lots upon the annual rentals for the same, which must not in any case be less than the upset rentals fixed by the Council. The highest or any tender in each case will not necessarily be accepted. • Tenders must be- accompanied by marked cheques-for first month's rent and cost of lease. Particulars and Conditions of leasing, and upset rentals, and plan of buildings may be inspected at the Town Clerk's Office, Stratford, where forms of'tender may be obtained.
