(31) of Block Fifteen (IS), Ngatimaru Survey District, and being all the land comprised in Lease in Perpetuity registered as Number 5029 in Volume 42, Folio, 193, Tarairiaki Registry; and also all the estate and interest of leasehold under Lease from The-School Commissioners for the Provincial District of Taranaki in that piece of land containing two hundred and eight (208) acres more or less, being Section Seven (7) of Block.
